Given that Internet access would be a prerequisite for Web 
access,
the June 2010 Internet Access stats show the UKat 82.5% has 
to first
catch up with the Netherlands, Sweden, Finland, Luxumbourg,
Iceland (97.6 %), Denmark and Norway
