WP users normally write wikis. Crude and informational. This has a role account.
The site is slick, professional,  very pushy and reads like PR handout
(The bits on the NBNCo staff is very sycophantic).

That sort of site is usually run by lobbyists and business. I'm
wondering if someone like that is hiding behind the
individuals.Sometimes there is.
