You know, I love a good conspiracy, I really do.  However a little
search on Google does get a couple of hits for "Nathaniel Armer" and one
of them is also from Queensland.

It seems he won an academic merit award last year in year 11 (page 9).

So I'm going to go out on a limb here and say he's an eager teenager who
wants fibre and multiple streaming video links.  That and decent upload
speeds make video calls to his friends actually viable.

Oh, speaking of Google, you do realise that one day he's going to do a
vanity search and find this thread.  :)
