3 has been doing Skype for years, but it's NOT Skype over the mobile network
- it's a standard mobile phone call over the mobile network, which then gets
turned into a Skype call within their network.

I'm sure some of their newer phones can do "native" Skype over data, but
that's not 3 specific.
