This is akin to the loss of classified ad revenue by newspapers.  The
Yellow Pages has been a nice earner to date - it was effectively a
monopoly and you more or less had to be in it to run any businesses
except a milk bar - but now it's another relic being swept away by the
web.  The value of Yellow Pages ads is directly related to its perceived
ubiquity so it's definitely not in Sensis' interest to stop delivering
the Yellow Pages to anyone.

Spare a kind thought for them: their business model is collapsing around
their ears and, sadly, they won't be able to sell display ads at
monopoly prices ever again.
