Australian AdWords customers received the following email this morning:

Dear AdWords advertiser,

 

Google is growing globally, and we're expanding rapidly in the Asia Pacific
region.

 

That's why, starting on 5 May, 2011, Google Ireland Limited will begin
transferring its advertising services for customers in the Asia Pacific
region to Google Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. The upgrade will take place over a
period of weeks. 

 

We'll notify you when your account and your agreement with Google Ireland
Limited are transferred to Google Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd.

>From then on, Google Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. will assume all of the rights,
duties, obligations, liabilities, and commitments covered by your current
agreement with Google Ireland Limited as though Google Asia Pacific Pte.
Ltd. were the original party to the agreement.  

 

The first time you sign into your account after it's upgraded, you'll be
asked to enter into new Terms and Conditions with Google Asia Pacific Pte.
Ltd. If you don't want to accept the contract with Google Asia Pacific Pte.
Ltd., you can decline the Terms and Conditions and cancel the account.

Democratic Republic, Antarctica, Tonga, Solomon Islands, Micronesia,
Christmas Island, Tuvalu, Wallis and Futuna Islands, Heard and McDonald

Once we send you an email letting you know your account has been upgraded,
please sign in to your AdWords account to read the updated AdWords Terms and
Conditions. 

Here's what will happen, depending on your action:
