Microsoft IIS 5.0
Government webmasters must live on another planet. 800x600 pixels
recommended? Dublin Core headers? In a single day, how many people on the
planet use an intranet search tool that uses DC? Not theoretical numbers,
but realistic ones. The last time I looked, suitable tools were circa 1998.

I can barely read the text on that tiny home page. WCAG Level A? From the
date of the page, that would be WCAG 1.0.

Currently, we should be relying on WCAG 2.0 Level AA. Try your favourite
sites here:

The APH home page fails (as do most). I wonder how inner pages fare. I
appreciate that many of us rely on third-party code that is updated almost
on a weekly basis, so it is hard to keep accessible, but sites tended by
full-time staff should have no excuse.
If you have trouble finding a site with no issues, the achecker.ca site is
one. :)
