Lots there. Not so easy to extract. Some stats I found interesting:
Prevalence of explicit data caps among surveyed offers by country:
Australia came first out of 33 OECD countries with 100%
Time to reach bit/data caps at advertised speeds:
An Australian company, (Telstra) made it first with the data cap reached in 9 minutes. I should add here that an Australian company (Internode) made second last with six days.
Only 13 countries were in this because most countries DON'T HAVE DATA CAPS.
Average Broadband speed Australia rated 26th out of 36.
Range of costs: Australia's lowest cost and highest cost rated 22nd out of 34
