Amazing, it means you can´t build your own home LAN without paying
someone, or just dropping cable on the floor without proper ducts...

Guess which one if more "dangerous"? (specially if you trip on the
loose wires  ;)

I understand some sort of regulation for phone wiring, and also the
same for electrical wiring due to safety concerns. But for cat5e
ethernet on a home lan? it´s ridiculous.
