I didn't know these had developed to such a stage. I searched
interactive white boards and found lots of links to materials. Here's
an example with primary lessons:

They appear to be called 'notebooks'.
There are SMART Bugs - board user groups all over the place.
There is a training channel on the homepage of this site.
There are conferences this winter all over the country, this one in Victoria:
Victoria:
12th and 13th July
Venue:
Mentone Grammar School
63 Venice St, Mentone, Victoria

Keynote speakers:
Sue Beveridge, National Education Advocacy Manager
Here's a whole list of sites:

Here's a whole list of resources:

not sure of the content)
From an instructional design perspective, I doubt the pedagogical
issues involved have changed or good graphic design elements. That
research has been around for decades. Why it's probably forgotten is
people have started thinking device rather than theory. Go back to
the audio-visual media research. It's not just about viewing size
(which would conform to the old relation of distance to screen size
that we had for film and overhead projector screens). It's about
color and letter size and most importantly, learning objectives and
content. Think posters with hyperlinks. Think 'blackboards' with
motion. These are just instructional resources with on demand storage
and a bit of movement.

Our truest response to the irrationality of the world is to paint or
sing or write, for only in such response do we find truth.
