Does your e-reader allow you to bring up a browser/do you have internet
access from it?

The 6x9 paperback is coming. The E-book has some around 12 modern and 
historical photographs, a drawing, internal and external links and  may 
well be better positioned as a history game rather than a "book". It is a 
reference/scholarly book rather than  fiction. More about it here:
