Have you tried/is there a text to speech ie can you listen to the book?

Is this a feature of the e-book reader on the IPAD or do you put your notes
somewhere else on the IPAD?

The objects may become even more valuable as publishers do shorter print
runs. Though I notice, penguin has recognised this market and churned out
the "classics" for years.

Does the James Gleick book have hyperlinks, to sections or chapters or is
just continuous?

If you had the choice of receiving information would you like it in the
IPAD E-Book style, PDF or webpage on your IPAD?

One aspect of the EPUB that I found exciting is that it is an open format
using XHTML and ZIP.

Have you used books from sources other than the istore, if so, have you
encountered any format/reader problems? Or can you only access books
through the ibookstore?
