There seems to be a bit of age sterotyping going on. Individual experiences
are quite varied. We did this dicussion, on link, circa 1998. At that time,
I commented that I was playing golf and exchanging emails with an 80 year
old. By the way, she is now 92 and not so good on the email and has dropped
golf and driving :-(

Grandparents become very Internet savvy, if there is a chance of more
pictures of grand kids. A 72 year old, turned up with her IPAD recently. I
exchange emails with others in their 70 and 80s.

The need for Technical support isn't just on the basis of age.
