How about all the video to audiences of 2 to 20,000 that isn't broadcast TV? The stuff produced by families, small businesses, conferences, employers talking to their remote workforces etc etc?

It's not just about taking existing broadcasters and giving them another distribution channel. It's about making live video available to everyone, large and small.
