None of the latter will be needed. ANU does all the support of the mailman software and the hardware. All the support I do is through the mailman administrative interface. I don't even have an account on any ANU computers.

I just check for any messages held for moderation and on rare occasions tweek settings and see what they are for anybody having problems. As you know too many bounces from an address will cause a member to be suspended.
