[LINK] Maintaining the link list

Another tardy Aye.

I'm quite happy with the email format, but a couple of things that I'd
like to see if this appeals to anyone else:

1.  I'd like to see link posts go to a web site so that there is an
up-to-date online searchable archive.  The zip download is a bit
cumbersome.  It would also allow access to the list when away from link.
This doesn't have to be a forum just a repository by thread and/or date.
Emails could be stripped.

2.  I'd like to see the primary reply address as the link list with
other authors available via reply to all.
