Greetings from the SyPy: Sydney Python Users group meeting at Google
Sydney. Richard Volpato is talking on "Making R restfully enterprising
with Django". Richard works for the Copyright Agency Limited, which has
a lot of statistical data to process and is important to Australia's
authors. He created a RESTful 'statistical service' powered by the open
source statistical language R. This could be more significant to the
Austrlaian publishing industry than the government's Book Industry
Strategy Group (BISG) inquiry.
