They shouldn't be - that's illegal under Australian law as of a few years
back.  All airfares need to include all taxes/fees/etc.  The only things
which can be left off an advertised price are "optional" charges, such as
baggage fees.

That's not to say that airfares include GST - international flights,
including domestic flights that are part of an international trip, are
exempt from GST.
