No-one in the Retail industry knew how to read.
They should mandate the study of Systems Science for all Directors of
companies.

Actually, I think it may have started a long time ago, (1986 via BBS'es
with Software advertisements on the bottom of FIDO email Taglines)
however it's only now that anyone has noticed.
And in Summary.
Geeks know things.
Each Company needs a resident Geek.
The Resident Geek should be on the Strategy Advisory Board.
Directors of large companies are learning that they can no longer trust
their old school style of doing business.
Let us all hope they adopt a Geek before it's too late.
