Only mentions IE, not any other browser. I realise MS pushed IE, but 
gee, there's a wider world out there in terms of software and they 
admit it's a Windows XP onwards problem. Does it affect other 
browsers or not? By this 'fix it' article, you don't know. Can any 
linkers shed light?
