Our landlady in the Ossau valley a few weeks ago was surprised to 
find me in the stair-well, just outside her living room.  She thought 
she'd fixed that problem and that the reception in the guest bedrooms 
was okay again.

But at least I was neither locked out nor had to climb onto the roof.
