[LINK] Draft Australian carbon pricing laws out for comment

The Australian Government has released a "Clean Energy Legislative 
Package" for comment. This is intended to implement the "Clean Energy 
Future" carbon pricing policy, previously announced. Comments on the 
proposed legislation can be made until 22 August 2011:

The documents are provided in PDF and MS-Word. I am not sure why the 
word documents have macros in them, but presumably this is to aid 
formatting, not a plot to track citizens. ;-)
