Also reducing the need to build more power stations to deal with peak
loads...if they are from air conditioning on hot sunny days....
Probably also good for heating office buildings on bright sunny winter days...
There are also some issues around cost of electricity to customers...savvy
domestic solar power generators do their clothes and dish washing in the
wee small hours. My guess is that they would use direct solar Hills Hoist
to dry their clothes.
