Totally meaningless, even Google didn't recognise it. I've been to 
conferences where I noticed juvenile techies fabricating abbreviations 
to impress each other. It doesn't work on adults.

When an adult sees a child behaving in a self-defeating manner, it's the 
adult's responsibility to give counsel. In this case, I'm pointing out 
that the lack of capitals makes your writing more difficult to read.

The least mature of children will ignore such counsel, but I've done my 
duty.
