[LINK] NSW Election Multilingual information is not accessible

Having perused WCAG 1.0 and 2.0 recently and proving a major US vendor to
have a misleading WCAG 1.0 "A" compliance statement on their website, I know
this is a pain in the bum for the people who build these sites. There aren't
enough people in their vicinity who know the subject well enough without
having to check a printed copy at hand.

However the website owner needs to comply and find someone who knows the
basics of compliance, as mentioned in this thread. These were basic errors.

The Hindi text is a slab of graphics, so a big fail there. 

Worse, I'd challenge the average Indian to translate it back to the intended
English. It is written using the purest form of Hindi that nobody speaks.
Even the Govt of India election site uses borrowed Urdu words because
Indians speak a lot of Urdu without realising it (Bollywood uses Urdu, not
Hindi unless it is a religious movie). So it's not accessible to most
sighted Indians either. 

I wouldn't mind knowing how many Indians on the electoral roll in Australia
can't read English.
