I thought that ASIO was "restricted" to domestic (as opposed to "focused 
on"). I understood that it was ASIS that does overseas stuff.

However, I'm wondering why ASIO seems to be treading on DSD's toes. ASIO 
is about data gathering and analysis - it didn't used to do 
counter-measures, that's up to the enforcement agencies, e.g. the AFP. 
Maybe things have changed, if they have a counter-espionage and 
interference division. Although, we could be into semantics - 
counter-measures may be different from counter-espionage.
