Correction.

Geraldton already had fibre - Telstra only. The Backhaul Blackspots 
program is delivering a competitive fibre to Geraldton.

The other angle to the new fibre is that CSIRO is putting Geraldton up 
as the site for the SKA telescope, if Australia wins the project.
