> Hacking report: Prime Minister Julia Gillard in her Parliament House office (AAP: Alan Porritt)
>
> The Federal Government has refused to comment on reports that hackers have accessed Julia Gillard's parliamentary computer.
>
> News Limited papers say the Parliament House computers of Ms Gillard and a number of ministers have been hacked.
>
> The report says the hackers accessed the Parliament House email network - primarily used as contact points for constituents - and not the departmental accounts which ministers use for sensitive communications.
>
> It also says foreign intelligence agencies are under suspicion.
>
> Attorney General Robert McClelland says he will not comment on intelligence matters, but says the Government is "constantly strengthening" cyber security measures.
>
> The Government revealed earlier this month that Australia's intelligence agency has set up a unit to deal with cyber attacks.
