There'll be no special deals for Telstra, says NBN boss 

THE chief executive of NBN Co has emphatically ruled out the prospect
of offering volume discounts to Telstra or other providers. (Yesterday)
NBN Co chief executive Mike Quigley assuaged industry concern about the 
issue by saying that he never had any intention of offering discounts to 
telcos that brought large volumes of traffic to the network..
