"That's the whole difficult situation with war. We teach children not 
to kill people, and we put ourselves in a situation where the 
military very courageously takes on the responsibility of killing the 
enemy. So you have to put in some explanation with that," Barrett said.

He ads the importance of parents explaining the fact that Bin Laden 
had declared his own war against the United States with the Sept. 11 attacks.
