This is very interesting, I think.  Perhaps Hardly Normal is testing the NBN waters.

An article in "New Matilda" magazine about Tony Windsor, and Barnaby Joyce' dream of parachuting into his seat of New England - see http://newmatilda.com/2011/04/21/big-trouble-new-england - reported:

How about that - a takeup rate of 89%...!  though at this stage that would mean connection takeup, not actual use.  And The Land certainly isn't any journal of the radical Left.
