Mmmm ...
Telstra's been stalling for months ... it's what they do. (Hey, as a
Telstra customer - locked in by geography rather than preference -
and past shareholder ... it's all they do.)
If I was the NBN, I'd resume negotiations and start dropping the
contract price/compensation they are to receive, or insert a
provision for subtracting penalty payments based on delays imposed on
NBN timetables by internal Telstra processes and see if that elicits
a response.
