In legal terms it cloud computing is essentially the same as a 60s 
computer bureau: you run your computer application on someone else's 
computer, somewhere else and you share that computer with other people. 
It is the someone else, somewhere else and sharing which are going to 
create legal issues. The technical details don't matter to the court.
