In my view, Australia has only a few years to re-equip its higher
education sector with new technology and skills. Otherwise the
international student market will be lost to providers offering a
combination of high quality e-learning and low cost satellite campuses.
Teaching international students is not easy. Jude Carroll, of Oxford
Brookes University UK, is currently visiting Australia talking about how
