The "Don't Attribute" and "Don't Print" icons are reasonably clear, the 
others are a bit hard to fathom. But as long as they are used 
consistently that doesn't matter.

I like the idea of the "Don't Attribute". This is the opposite of 
Creative Commons, where every license requires the author to be 
acknowledged.
