It seems to do what the label says: Film (animated) Audio (voice/music)
Book (with text).

Thus the plain old text of a written work is augmented with audio-visual
frufru and the result is a multi-media Powerpoint style presentation of
the original work.

I found it annoying to read, since the text was handed out in little one-sentence
chunks. Each chunk appeared at a random spot on the screen, so continuous reading
by focusing my attention at the current chunk of text while waiting for the next
chunk was impossible.m

There was music playing in the background, but the vision of the music artist
was imsply distracting, making it harder to concentrate on the text being
displayed.

I suppose there is some promise here, since the media could be better edited
and combined in less distracting ways, i.e. the book could be read out loud
for the hearing impaired. And images/film more relevant to the text could be
displayed.

cheers
