The video was disappointing.  The "expert" saying that they (ISPs) would know the IP of the person who did something illegal.  So the account holder "could dob in a family member."  Ouch!  And umm... no, wrong.  They could only know the IP of the account not the teenager nor the war driver.  And the guff about putting a password on your wifi.  Really!  Sad!
