Much appreciated, thanks. With regards to what the .AR government
plans to do, it's anybody's guess. Unlike what happens in .AU with
regards to public debate and recommendations from the competition
regulator, over here decisions seem to be made at an ivory tower of
"experts" inside the Ministry of Infrastructure. We only learn about
decisions by (rare) public statements by public officials to the local
press.

But you guys gave me plenty of ammunition to ask them for more details.
