Yes, there are training courses for the staff who implement the systems 
to handle records, but few for their bosses.

While it is intended for public servants, company directors are welcome 
to enroll in my "Electronic Document and Records Management":

The ANU now runs executive short courses and I am looking at redesigning 
the course for that format:

There will also be a session on records management courses at the 
National Archives of Australia, 10 November 2011, in Canberra (more 
details closer to the event).
