> §  the development and operation of ERA and any potential areas for improvements within the current framework and resourcing;
> §  the benefits and impediments for libraries participating in ERA and strategies for increasing participation in the short to medium term;
> §  the relationship between ERA and other library consortia;
> §  the scope of the product panel to ensure it continues to meet the needs of Australian libraries while still promoting a core set for national licensing;
> §  the key messages and communication strategies for promoting ERA and its benefits to Australian libraries and other stakeholders; and
> §  the immediate and long term focus and priorities, including any measures for determining  the value and success of ERA.

> Submissions
>  
> As part of the review the Review Committee is initially seeking submissions from members within the different library sectors.  Submissions should address one or more of the points below:
> 
> §  the benefits and impediments for libraries within your sector participating in ERA and suggestions for overcoming any barriers to participation in the short to medium term;
> §  the appropriateness of the current ERA license terms and product range (i.e. titles, format  and categories) for your library and sector;
> §  the meaning and value of national licensing for your library and sector, and how national  or whole of sector licenses (either externally funded or self funded) can be achieved through a consortia based approach;
> §  the key priorities that ERA should focus on in the next 12-18 months (including any co-ordinated lobbying activities or collaborative initiatives); and
> §  the most effective way to communicate and engage with your sector and other consortia.
