[LINK] Fukushima revisited (or not revisited)

I was watching the 7:30 report on laser enrichment tonight and one of the people interviewed said something like 6 provinces around Fukushima were going to be effectively permanently uninhabitable.  It's hard to find the exact truth of this between the extremes of views but it doesn't look that good.
