Quite the opposite - I love mine, and use it anywhere that supports it.

The security is significantly greater than pretty much any other way of
using a card (in the US at least - keep in mind we don't have chip+pin
here), and the convenience factor is much greater than with either cash or
a normal card transaction.

I recently received a replacement Amex card on which the ExpressPay feature
didn't work - I almost immediately called and requested a replacement card
as a result.
