Link is by and large defined by the members of the list and although
http://mailman.anu.edu.au/mailman/listinfo/link offers a guide to what might
be on-topic, any technology theme that generates robust discussion is
usually fair game. I don't think Ivan or myself should dictate any limits.
If things get out of hand the group should discuss the situation and arrive
at a consensus about changes to the list charter or some other modification.
