This is completely wrong.  California-based Amazon affiliates were dropped
in July 2011 due to sales tax law changes in California.  They were
subsequently re-instated in early October 2011 when Amazon came to an
agreement with California regarding collection of sales tax.

If Lendink has not been collecting affiliate fees from Amazon since October
then they have nobody but themselves to blame for their demise.
