You might want to consider an ATA, which presents a PSTN port to your
legacy phone system.
MyNetFone (who I can personally recommend as a customer) will sell you one
for about $20.
They can also arrange to port your existing number to their voip service so
you don't need to change numbers.
Call costs are a pittance, but if you make a large number of calls you can
get flat rate plans.
