What assets? There are no assets! (no physical media)That is exactly
the problem!.
And that´s why nothing beats the physical media and why corporate
america wants the CDs, DVDs and BluRay discs to die, the quicker the
better... they can´t sell 5 times the same record to the same family
if there´s a physical copy of the cd on the coffee table...

If one is so concerned with letting others have access to your digital
services, then save a sealed envelope with every login-password
combination, along with your will...
