It does:

But one has to actually use Google to find them...

https://www.google.com/search?q=synap%20frequencies&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a&source=hp&channel=np

Could I recommend reading any two of the following :

Frequency-Dependent Synaptic Potentiation, Depression, and Spike Timing
Induced by Hebbian Pairing in Cortical Pyramidal Neurons from
http://www.cns.bu.edu/Profiles/Grossberg/OkaGro01.pdf

Or a little down market for those on an iq budget would be....
You Brain Works Like a Radio- Your brain cells learn best at an optimal
frequency. Published on October 6, 2011
http://www.psychologytoday.com/blog/brain-sense/201110/you-brain-works-radio

Before writing off the millions that have neuron motor impulse
impairment from inconveniently located frequency generators - err, that
would be anything transmitting any RF over 5.8 Hz through any harmonic
of 6-9 Hz. Including at the lowest end, normal 240 volt lighting cabling
with no earth wire inside household walls just next to where you are
sleeping, through to a CFC ballast in the reading lamp next to your head....

Transmitting RF ? That would be anything electrical.

As far as the wind farms are concerned, all they need to do is increase
the coil field depth to alter the frequency... if they made the
frequency around 528 Hz... no-one would complain any-more...

Maybe you should have a little play with audible Frequencies and see
where that takes you ....

beginning]

Then look up Thermo Acoustic Generators.
Here's a great bed time story for the kids.... "Acoustic Weapons - A
Prospective Assessment" is a great fairy story.... probably started by
some rabid disenchanted tin hatted
misinformed and disaffected scientistt...
Quoting just a little of his "incorrect obviously Internet induced
deluded thinking" from the above mentioned paper:

The present article presents an analysis of acoustic weapons, with an
emphasis on low-frequency sound. Such weapons have been said to cause,
on the one hand, disorientation, nausea, and pain without lasting
effects. On the other hand, the possibility of serious organ damage and
even death has been mentioned – thus the “non-lethal” label does not
hold for all possible types and uses. [From: Science & Global Security,
Volume 9 pp 165-234 © 2001 Taylor and Francis - sorry no URL the Link
(link) Police have limited the number due to spamming....]

David, you really should try that Google thingy... you'll be amazed - it
has all sorts in it... even stuff that is in direct empirical opposition
to anecdotal data laden under-grads hunting for the smell of a good 55k
word powered grant for next semester.
