IMPORTANT:

How does the above statement in law sit with companies like Monsanto claiming
patent rights to existing DNA in plants. Such DNA is "histortical fact".

There is no reason that one's identity should be broadcast loud and clear in
cyberspace when such behaviour in meatspace would be completely unacceptable.
