The Optus device is a complete base station with an IP link back to
Optus (IP link supplied by the customer, usually a ADSL service). See
"picocell".
I'm not sure if the Telstra device is essentially a repeater or is a
picocell with a wireless uplink. The description favours the first, but
the price favours the second.
