Don't you think the country would be better off if they attended a course on project management so that initiatives like eHealth were conducted just a little bit more effectively?

IMHO, web accessibility may be important but it's not in the same class as the health of the nation.

Web Accessibility is an important requirement, but it's not the only requirement.
